Proven in large-scale deployments

Adapteo has delivered some of the largest modular defence and industrial compounds in Northern and Central Europe often under demanding timelines, complex logistics, and strict technical requirements. Our teams are experienced in coordinating multi-year deployments with thousands of modules, high-capacity utilities, and full on-site services.

Our largest project to date will provide room for approximately 2,000 inhabitants, 37 accommodation buildings, recreational buildings, outdoor spaces, and service facilities.

Defence‑grade resilience

Our modular buildings are designed for security‑sensitive environments. From armed forces and civil protection to critical industry and NGOs, we provide secure spaces that support confidential work, hard‑wired communications, and robust living conditions, wherever they are needed.

Every project starts from the customer’s security instructions and classification needs. We adapt our modular shells, fit‑outs and infrastructure so they integrate seamlessly with national, EU and NATO‑level security requirements.

Soundproofing & privacy insulation

We can configure walls, doors and ceilings with enhanced acoustic performance to support confidential work, briefings and rest. Elevated sound insulation and absorption, in line with relevant European acoustic standards, reduces noise transfer between rooms, corridors and neighbouring units.

Hard‑wired digital infrastructure

Our defence configuration can become radio‑silent by design. We can provide structured copper and fibre cabling routes, risers and equipment spaces prepared for multiple segregated networks (for example classified, unclassified and contractor). Cable paths are laid out to support TEMPEST/EMF/EMSEC-oriented shielding and filtering specified by the customer’s security authority.

Off‑grid utility support

Where and when required, our modules are prepared to connect to off‑grid and backup solutions, including solar power, battery storage, generators, or greywater handling. This makes it easier to maintain operations when grid power is unstable or unavailable.

Ballistic‑resistant doors, windows & walls

We offer upgrade options for steel doors, protective windows and reinforced wall structures designed to meet specified European ballistic standards (for example EN 1063 and EN 1522/1523 classes as required by the client). Complete systems such as glass, frames and fixings are designed so the envelope performs as intended under defined scenarios.

Internal zoning & secure rooms

Layouts can be configured for clear security zoning, from general accommodation and offices to controlled and secure areas. We can create rooms suitable for secure work, storage or classified use, with door positions, openings and service shafts aligned with the customer’s needs.
