Adapteo’s circular model recognised with 5-star GRESB rating

Adapteo has achieved a 5-star rating in the 2026 GRESB Infrastructure Asset Assessment, scoring 99.4 out of 100. This is our strongest GRESB result to date and places us first in our peer group. 

The GRESB assessment looks at areas such as energy, greenhouse gas emissions, waste, health and safety, employees, customers, stakeholder engagement and reporting. Adapteo achieved a full 60.0 out of 60.0 Performance Score in 2026, which ranks Adapteo 1st out of 569 participating companies, showing strong results across all the areas that support reliable, responsible and sustainable building solutions. 

We are proud of this rating because it is more than a sustainability score. It is independent recognition of our circular business model and reflects both our sustainability work and the practical value we aim to bring every day: buildings designed to be used for a long time, moved when needs change, and reused again and again. That helps our customers get the space they need while making better use of materials and assets over time. 

We will continue to use GRESB to measure our progress, improve our performance, and support customers looking for a low-carbon modular solution.
