Our onboarding process

Starting a new role is an exciting journey, and we want you to feel supported every step of the way. Our preboarding and onboarding journey is here to help you get connected, learn about our culture and business, build relationships, and grow into your role with confidence.

Below, you’ll find an overview of our global onboarding journey and what you can expect during your first months at Adapteo. Some activities and timelines may vary depending on your role, team, and local organization, our goal is always the same: to help you feel welcomed, prepared, and set up for success. 

  1. Before start date

    Preboarding

    Get ready for your first day at Adapteo. During preboarding, you’ll receive practical information, meet key contacts, and start getting to know our culture and ways of working.

  2. Week 1

    Welcome and orientation

    Your first week is all about getting connected. You’ll meet your team, learn the basics of your role, and get familiar with Adapteo, our business, and the tools and processes you’ll use. 
  3. Week 2-4

    Learn and practice

    You’ll gradually build knowledge, confidence, and routines in your role. Expect hands-on learning, introductions to key stakeholders, and opportunities to start applying your skills in practice. 
  4. Month 2-3

    Contribute and deliver

    At this stage, you’ll take greater ownership of your work and contribute more independently. You’ll continue developing through feedback, collaboration, and real business impact.

  5. Month 4-6

    Grow and perform

    As you settle into your role, the focus shifts towards long-term growth, performance, and development. Together with your manager, you’ll keep building on your strengths and future goals. You’ll also be invited to share feedback on your onboarding experience to help us continue improving the journey for future colleagues.
