We aim to act responsible and ethical in every detail of our business

Our Code of Conduct is based on our values and principles and provides guidance on how we apply our ethical standards in our day-to-day work. The details for instance that Adapteo stands for anti-corruption, fair competition and antimoney laundering. It also explains our zero tolerance towards discrimination and harassment and the right to collective bargaining. The protection of the environment and high health and safety standards are also central. It is structured in three areas: Complying with laws and policies, creating a good work environment and being a responsible corporate citizen.

The Code of conduct is systematically communicated and anchored throughout the organisation. We train all our employees in Adapteos values and corporate culture. Awhistleblowing channelprovides a way for all employees and external parties to report suspicions of misconduct.

Our Procurement Policy is one of the governing documents describing how we are sourcing suppliers and purchasing goods and services. The governance, principles, and guidelines are to be followed and applied in all subsidiaries of Adapteo Group.

Anti-Fraud Manual
At Adapteo Group, we have zero tolerance toward all forms of fraud, bribery, and corruption. Our values and ethical norms are set out in the Code of Conduct, and this Anti-Fraud Manual further details our responsibilities in fraud investigations.

HR Policy
The HR policy governs all HR processes, what our employees and subcontractors can expect from us, and how we expect them to act and operate within the company.

Whistleblowing Policy
Our Whistleblowing Policy supports responsible behaviour and compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, routines, and values. These values and ethical norms complement our Operating Principles, Code of Conduct, and Anti-Fraud Policy.

Enterprise Risk Management Policy
This policy aims to define the framework, processes, governance, and responsibilities of risk management in Adapteo Group. This will help us support our strategy execution, continuity of operations, corporate culture, and realization of business objectives.
