In 2025, Adapteo has proven what high‑quality modular buildings can do for a resilient, low‑carbon Europe. Our spaces kept schools, healthcare, worker accommodation and critical industrial projects running, while our circular model focused on reusing modules, extending lifetimes and cutting embodied carbon. The report sets out validated science‑based climate targets to 2040, our new Circularity Index for measuring material loops, and a Social Value Creation Model that links modular space to real outcomes for communities. It also details how green financing, governance, and culture now anchor sustainability in every major decision.

In 2024, Adapteo's modular spaces served around 250,000 end-users across education, care, and other social infrastructure, supporting critical sectors while minimizing environmental impact and scaling circularity throughout our fleet.  We reduced our greenhouse gas emissions by nearly 20% and achieved 100% renewable electricity across all operations. Our circular approach continues to drive progress, with 61% of delivered space coming from reused modules and 67% of material outflow being recycled or reused.
