We are looking for a 12 month parental leave coverage Group Sustainability Integration Manager in our corporate core team. In this role you will be key player in an organization where high sustainability and business ambitions truly go hand in hand.
You are an experienced sustainability professional with strong project management skills, who loves to engage with stakeholders, internal and external, to drive positive change.

Your responsibilities:
This is a supporting function, where your primary focus will be to take a proactive role ensure that we will reach both our sustainability and business ambitions.
In practice this means that you will:
- Belong to the Group Sustainability & QHSE team, supporting all of Adapteo Group with subject matter expertise.
- Lead, develop, drive and follow-up key initiatives within sustainability and across functions, including:
o Adapteo’s Sustainability Report, which is developed in line with ESRSs and GRI. Here, you are the project lead and main editor.
o Adapteo’s Sustainability Council, an internal cross-functional forum. This is your forum.
o Adapteo’s Sustainable Business Platform, based on our Triple Materiality Approach. This is where we operationalise our most crucial initiatives that drive both business - and sustainability value. You plan and lead the programme.
o Adapteo’s Social Value Creation Model, focusing on our social, societal and socioeconomic value creation and understanding customer and end-user perceptions.
- Be the primary go-to when it comes to internal competence development within sustainability, training sessions, e-learnings etc.
- Support Group Functions and Business Units on their action plans to contribute to Adapteo’s sustainability agenda and targets
- Develop Adapteo’s Double Materiality Assessment, taking all relevant stakeholders into account
- Be a specialist adviser and speaking partner to colleagues across Adapteo Group as well as business partners, promoting our circular economy solutions, social and environmental value proposition, and advancing Adapteo’s offer.
As Group Sustainability Integration Manager you are a centrally positioned specialist, reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer and belonging to Adapteo Group's Sustainability function. You will engage with all functions and Business Units across our company. Preferably you are based at our headquarters in Solna. Adapteo operates across Northern Europe, so some business travel will be required. Please note that this is a 12 month parental leave cover starting in December 2026.

Qualifications:
- Relevant academic degree.
- Preferably minimum 5 years of qualified experience within a similar role
- Sustainability reporting experience and knowledge of the ESRS and GRI standards
- Experience from working with driving sustainability performance related to social aspects, societal development, circular economy, and/or the built environment is a plus
