Digital Marketing Specialist to Adapteo
Solna, Sweden
Are you specialised in managing, optimising and steering digital channels and websites for maximum performance?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Adapteo’s Group Marketing & Communications team and take an important role on our exciting growth journey and be a part of our mission to help society thrive in an ever-changing world.
About Adapteo
We’re Northern Europe's leading provider of outstanding, modular spaces for a more flexible, low-carbon future.
Society doesn’t stand still—so infrastructure shouldn’t either. At Adapteo, we develop and provide adaptable modular buildings that can be moved, transformed, and used, again and again to meet the dynamic needs of society sustainably. Through our circular business model, we deliver maximum value with minimal resource usage, catering to the evolving demands of our customers and society. We are poised to become market leaders across all operational regions and to set new standards in social infrastructure and circularity within the built environment.
About the role
As our digital marketing and data expert, you’ll play a key role in shaping and developing Adapteo’s digital ecosystem. You will take ownership of our digital platforms and marketing technology stack, ensuring they continuously evolve to support our business goals and deliver measurable impact.
You will work on group level and closely with our creative and local marketing teams in our European business units.
Your responsibilities:
With a holistic approach, you’ll manage and optimise the entire digital customer journey – from traffic generation and user experience to conversion and performance tracking. You’ll act as the internal go-to expert for MarCom data and our digital platforms, driving improvements, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring a scalable and data-driven approach across markets.
In practice, you’ll cover:
- Platform and website maintenance and optimisation: Act as day-to-day platform lead, ensuring digital platforms and tools (HubSpot, GA4) work smoothly and accurately, making hands-on updates as needed.
- Website performance: Run upgrade projects to maximise impact – from SEO/SEM and AEO to new website functions – working from briefs to deployment, setting up requirements, managing subcontractors, and ensuring qualitative deliveries.
- SoMe management: Work with the global and BU marketing teams to optimise performance and track results on SoMe platforms (Meta, YouTube, Linkedin etc.).
- Planning & scoping: Define scope and set up plans for digital optimisation together with our Global Head of Marketing.
- Reporting & analytics: Follow up, analyse and report on results versus goals; set up new performance tracking when needed.
Manage projects: Develop new digital tools and functionalities when needed and support BU marketing teams with training and implementation, in close collaboration with our Global Head of Marketing.
Who you are
We believe that you are a strong communicator and collaborator with a hands-on approach. You are driven by developing solutions for improved efficiency, optimised user experience and higher engagement. You are experimental and curious but work in a structured yet agile way, paying close attention to performance and results. You also possess a good understanding of digital architecture and performance, and have the ability to apply this knowledge not only yourself, but also to teach and inspire others to grow in these areas.
We believe that you have:
- At least 5 years of proven experience from managing digital platforms and accelerating digital performance.
- Inhouse experience in a multinational organisation.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 and SoMe channels or similar.
- Experience in leading digital projects with multi-stakeholder teams.
- Experience in setting up dashboards, track results and take action to optimise forward.
- Fluent in English – speaking and writing.
- Degree in marketing or similar
Some details
