Our recruitment process:

    Application

    Apply through our careers site by sharing your CV and a few details about yourself.

  2. 2

    CV screening

    We review your application against the role requirements. For some high-volume roles, we may use assessments to keep the process fair and consistent.

  3. 3

    Screening call

    We’ll set up a short call to get to know you better and understand your background, motivation, and expectations.

  4. 4

    Assessments

    For some roles, you’ll complete logic and personality assessments. They help us focus the conversation in the next steps.

  5. 5

    Hiring Manager interview

    You’ll meet the Hiring Manager to go deeper into your experience, your skills, and how you might fit into the role.

  6. 6

    Stakeholder interview

    You may also meet future colleagues or stakeholders to get a feel for how you’d work together day to day.

  7. 7

    Senior Manager interview

    For some roles, you’ll meet the Senior Manager of the area to get a broader perspective and round out the process.

  8. 8

    Offer and contract

    If it feels like the right match on both sides, we’ll make an offer and move forward with your contract.

How does the recruitment process work?

Our recruitment process usually starts with an application and CV review, followed by one or more interviews where we get to know your experience, motivation and potential fit for the role. Depending on the position, the process may also include assessments, case discussions or reference checks. We aim to keep you informed throughout the process.
