The internationally renowned sustainability ratings provider EcoVadis has awarded Adapteo Group a Gold medal for our commitments and outstanding performance; meaning Adapteo as a group now joins the top 5% of all assessed companies globally.

This is an amazing achievement for the team and the Group as a whole, and I am so proud to be part of this company of great people.
– Lina K Wiles, Chief Sustainability Officer

This is Adapteo’s first EcoVadis assessment at Group level, and reaching Gold status proves that having sustainability at the heart of our business pays off. EcoVadis is commonly regarded as the world’s most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. With more than 100.000 companies from all sectors rated globally, it sets the standard for business sustainability ratings. The purpose of EcoVadis is to speed up business transformation by providing a comprehensive, international benchmark of best practices.

The EcoVadis Gold Medal confirms our commitment and performance in socially and environmentally responsible business practices, where we want to lead and shape our industry. Sustainability is embedded into our core and purpose and this rating gives us, our customers, and partners additional confidence in our sustainability performance as the leading provider in the industry.
– Johanna Persson, President and CEO of Adapteo Group.

The EcoVadis rating provides an evidence-based analysis of performance and an actionable roadmap for continuous improvement. We have a massive advantage by providing a circular business solution to help our customers with their space needs. And to be fully circular – from renewable and sustainable raw materials to an everlasting afterlife of the products that we have committed to in our sustainability targets – we need to keep evolving. The EcoVadis assessment gives us a good roadmap for further improvements as it clarifies our current position and guides the prioritization over the coming years.

Short about EcoVadis

The Ecovadis assessment is based on UN Global Compact’s Ten principles, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and the ISO 26000 standard. It evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

Adapteo's view on Sustainability

Our industry is no exception, and we intend to lead the way with a circular business model, and sustainable buildings as a solution for both society and the environment. Our ambition is to become one of the most sustainable companies in the industry and take the lead in our field.
