Adapteo expands to Lithuania

<p><span><span><strong>During the summer, the flexible real-estate company Adapteo expanded its operations to Lithuania. The company is positioning itself as a premium supplier of adaptable buildings in social and general infrastructure in the Lithuanian market, and has already initiated several dialogues about new, long-term contracts in schools, preschools, and project offices. The expansion is part of a larger growth strategy, with the goal of entering several markets in the Baltics.</strong></span></span></p>

<p><span><span>Adapteo announced its first order in Belgium as recently as April this year. The flexible real-estate company is now establishing operations in yet another country, the first in the Baltics – Lithuania. Jurij Vasiljev has been appointed CEO of Adapteo Lithuania and will build a team of sales and project managers on site. During the past 17 years, he has been responsible for the rental of Cramo's adaptable buildings in Lithuania, the Baltics and Kaliningrad, and he knows Adapteo well.</span></span></p>
