As previously communicated by Adapteo Plc ("Adapteo") by way of a stock exchange release published on 23 August 2021, the board of directors of Adapteo has applied for delisting of Adapteo's shares from the main market of Nasdaq Stockholm AB ("Nasdaq Stockholm"). Today, Nasdaq Stockholm has approved the application and resolved that the last trading day in Adapteo's shares on the main market of Nasdaq Stockholm will be 10 September 2021.
