Triple Materiality

Going beyond compliance

The CSRD's Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) is pivotal, prompting businesses to evaluate both their sustainability impact and how ESG factors affect them. For Adapteo, the DMA was a starting point, not the end. We evolved this concept into a Triple Materiality approach, integrating our aggressive business growth plans. This allowed us to pinpoint activities that create both sustainability and enterprise value.

After intense workshops and analysis, we identified over 50 initiatives bridging business growth and sustainable transformation. We filtered these ideas to a manageable few, each covering various aspects of our value chain and requiring diverse levels of effort, cost, and scalability. Already, we've launched and are progressing with the first 13 impactful initiatives.
