International School Utrecht, The Netherlands

8,700 m² of space for growing minds.

In just over a decade, ISU grew from 64 to 1,120 students, reflecting Utrecht’s rise as a global business hub. With space running out, the school expanded relentlessly—adding modular classrooms, repurposing buildings, and pushing the limits of its site. To bridge the next three years before a permanent move to Utrecht Science Park, the city turned to modular construction for a fast, cost-effective, and circular solution. Adapteo delivered an 8,700 m² temporary school in record time, offering both quality and flexibility. “From blueprint to reality in just months—the speed was incredible,” says ISU Director Marieke Folkers.

Family Home donations, Ukraine

Responding to the urgent need of housing in Ukraine.

We provided 2,722 m² of adaptable space to support internally displaced Ukrainians. These temporary homes offer security and flexibility, ensuring individuals and families have a safe place to stay as communities rebuild. Partnering with the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB), Adapteo is facilitating the swift and secure delivery of these units, which will be adapted locally to meet urgent housing needs.

Fehmarn Belt, Denmark

30,000 m² of adaptable buildings for FLC Village.

Designed to house and support workers building the 18 km Fehmarn Belt tunnel—the world’s longest immersed tunnel—this modular village will provide 1,300 rooms and essential amenities. Valued at over EUR 17 million, the project reinforces Adapteo’s role in large-scale infrastructure and worker accommodation.

Oslo University Hospital, Rikshospitalet, Norway

Expanding hospital capacity with 77 modules.

Adapteo is provided Oslo's University Hospital with 77 modules to create much-needed office space for medical staff. Maximizing every available area, our solution seamlessly integrates onto the hospital’s rooftop, ensuring efficient use of space without disrupting operations.
